I loved how the staff made our stay welcoming, and the nearby Swift Creek Reservoir is a perfect spot for a scenic walk or picnic after exploring the local landmarks.

The parking lot was overcrowded, forcing us to park far from the entrance which was quite inconvenient.

The parking situation is atrocious!!! Overflowing parking lot, which means long walks from distant spots!!! Additionally, the in-room microwave barely heats up food, leaving meals lukewarm and unsatisfying!!!

We enjoyed a sky ride for a bird’s-eye view of the zoo and hiked at Pocahontas State Park. The rooms were clean, and we loved the free high-speed Internet access. A great spot for a fun getaway!

The staff was AMAZING, especially Shannon at the front desk! 🥰 They resolved our fridge issue quickly, which made everything feel more comfortable. One downside, the elevator is super slow, so be prepared to wait!
